2 Corinthians 4:18

as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen . For the things that are seen are transient , but the things that are unseen are eternal .

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
