Acts 1:4

And while staying with them he ordered them not to depart from Jerusalem , but to wait for the promise of the Father , which , he said, you heard from me ;

On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: “Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about.

And, being assembled together with them , commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he , ye have heard of me.
