Deuteronomy 13:1

If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder ,

If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder,

If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
