Haggai 1:10

Therefore the heavens above you have withheld the dew , and the earth has withheld its produce .

Therefore, because of you the heavens have withheld their dew and the earth its crops.

Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit.
