Hebrews 11:17

By faith Abraham , when he was tested , offered up Isaac , and he who had received the promises was in the act of offering up his only son ,

By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had embraced the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son,

By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac : and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son ,
