John 4:9

The Samaritan woman said to him , How is it that you , a Jew , ask for a drink from me , a woman of Samaria ? ( For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans .)

The Samaritan woman said to him, “You are a Jew and I am a Samaritan woman. How can you ask me for a drink?” (For Jews do not associate with Samaritans.)

Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
