Luke 2:25

Now there was a man in Jerusalem , whose name was Simeon , and this man was righteous and devout , waiting for the consolation of Israel , and the Holy Spirit was upon him .

Now there was a man in Jerusalem called Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was on him.

And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel : and the Holy Ghost was upon him.
