Numbers 2:27

And those to camp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher , the chief of the people of Asher being Pagiel the son of Ochran ,

The tribe of Asher will camp next to them. The leader of the people of Asher is Pagiel son of Okran.

And those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Asher : and the captain of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran.
