Proverbs 14:29

Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding , but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly .

Whoever is patient has great understanding, but one who is quick-tempered displays folly.

He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding : but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.
