Psalms 121

¹ My Help Comes from the Lord A Song of Ascents . I lift up my eyes to the hills . From where does my help come ?

² My help comes from the Lord , who made heaven and earth .

³ He will not let your foot be moved ; he who keeps you will not slumber .

⁴ Behold , he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep .

⁵ The Lord is your keeper ; the Lord is your shade on your right hand .

⁶ The sun shall not strike you by day , nor the moon by night .

⁷ The Lord will keep you from all evil ; he will keep your life .

⁸ The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore .

¹ I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?

² My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.

³ He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber;

⁴ indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵ The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand;

⁶ the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

⁷ The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life;

⁸ the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

¹ I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

² My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

³ He will not suffer thy foot to be moved : he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

⁴ Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

⁵ The Lord is thy keeper : the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

⁶ The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

⁷ The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil : he shall preserve thy soul.
